Ancient variety it's cultivated on mediterranean area since antiques times.

His name should be derived from muscum, botany moss; the French calls musquè these grapes because of her characterized aroma.
It's very probable that this white muscatel coincide to grapes that Greek called Anathelicon moschaton and Romans Uva Apiana.

These grapes is characterized from a pyramid, average, cylindrical, beached and compact bunch. Wines are of gilded colour, of fragrant perfume, sweet taste and characteristic aromatic.
